Some of the easy and delicious foods which contain many antioxidants include berries, nuts, lentils and seeds, dark chocolate, pomegranates, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, green tea, spinach and kale, and spices such as turmeric, saffron and cilantro.

Red wine, grape juice, and pomegranate juice are also excellent sources of antioxidants.

They contain flavonoids which are anti-inflammatory and help with heart health, diabetes prevention and cancer prevention. They may also help with our resistance to bacteria and viruses.
