Yogurt is a good source of protein, calcium, zinc, B vitamins, and probiotics, and can help to keep cells young.  Yogurt may also help to strengthen bones.  Yogurt consumption has also been associated with lower blood pressure, lower triglycerides, lower glucose and insulin levels.

OATMEAL

Oatmeal is a high-protein grain, has numerous vitamins and minerals, contains anti-oxidants and soluble fiber.  It helps to prevent constipation, supports gut health, has anti-oxidants, and help to keep blood sugar stable.
